The first XI collected a remarkable outright victory against Rowville, cleaning up the opposition for 70 on Day 1 from 53 overs the boys had themselves a win on Day 1.  Adam Wild was untouchable with 3/7 from 16 overs, Daniel Adams took 3/22 and Travis Mulder took 2/13. David White popped a hamstring but still took 1 fa in his 2.2 overs.  Wayne McInerney hit 25 in the opening partnership of 32 and Scott McIerney 32 combined to Shannon Small to ensure the win on Day 1, Shannon went on to score 28 and Travis Mulder hit 20* to give the home side a first innings lead of 59 when Wilba pulled the pin at 9/129.  The visitors look like they may hold off outright at 5/83, but a run out from Wilba sent the tail into a spin and they collapsed for 89, leaving a target of 30 from around 7 overs.  Wayne Smackemearly only needed 2.3 overs to seal the deal to a huge cheer from the home crowd.  The win takes the Falcons to the top of the ladder with a four point lead.

The 2's played at Mountain Gate and after batting first compiled 180 which looked to be a very compeditive score at the slow outfield and dead pitch that is Gatorland.  A sharp 44 from Jarrod Butcher and an unbeaten 32 from Matt van Kith, along with 20 from Adam Metherell were the highlights of the scoring.  Unfortunately the middle order had a collapse just before the tea break that left the side 6/105 after being 2/90.  In response the Gators lost a couple of early wickets but were able to consolidate and despite losing a couple of wickets late in the chase they ran down the 80 with 3 overs to spare.

The 3's defeated Eildon Park with the lowlight being Daine Vernon controvesially deciding that superstar Tim Flintoff was short of his ground on 52.  Despite the DreamTeamers tradgedy, Jason Buljubasic rescued the innings and his 76* and Matt Young's 43* took the sides total to 6/228 from 75.  When tossed the ball, Daine Vernon made up for his prior blunder by taking 4/24 with Jason Buljubasic also claiming 2/25, Rhys Thomas, 2/13 and Blake Lines 2/11.  The Panthers were all out for 125.

The 4's had a remarkable win, scoring just 129 on Day 1 they had the opposition in a sticky position at 2/9 overnight.  Simon Grasser 26, Nathan Montague 26, and Ryan Metherell were the stayers with the bat, whilst on Day 2 it was young Hilton Heldsinger who marvelled with the ball taking 3/6 from 12.3 along with Simon Grasser 3/18 and Greg Crook 2/16, Auravale were dismissed for just 57.  Our boys batted again for just 6 overs in their second innings, but it was ation packed with Simon Grasser hitting 47*, and Ryan Metherell 20*, and Crazy Rob Cottle decided to have another crack at Aurvale to try for outright points.  Despite the whiley spinner in Hilton Heldsinger picking up a wicket in the first over, Auravale blocked out 11 overs for 1/5.

The 5ths had 2 losses, but the boys are playing better each week and with a little more consistency, will have their first win on the board in no time.  Highlights were Lincoln Byass 28, Yannic Hannibelz 22 and Jake Taylor 4/46 against Monbulk.  Josh Baron 31, Sam McCarthy 26 and Liam McKnight 4/32 vs Auravale where the boys fell only 7 runs short of victory.

The juniors had a clean sweep, winning all games played this Round, fantastic effort by the boys.
