Travis Mulder wins the Ron Lomax Medal

1st XI player Travis Mulder has topped off a fantastic year by winning the Ron Lomax medal for best and fairest player in Decoite Shield at the FTGDCA presentation dinner last night at Knox Tavern.  Travis shared the award win Trent Schofield (Knoxfield) and Nathan Phillips (Auravale) by polling 11 votes.
 
In 2008/2009, Travis was also:
  • Part of the Decoite Shield premiership side
  • Ken Utting Medalist for best player of the Grand Final with 67 and 3 wickets
  • 1st XI Player of the Finals Series
  • 1st XI Players Player winner
  • 1st XI bowling averages winner + 2nd in the association averages
  • 4th in the Knox Gardens Team of the Year
  • Equal 2nd place in Senior Club Champion.

Also at the Presentation night Rhys Marget was presented the Decoite Shield Premiership flag.
