| Knox Gardens New Signing for 2011/12 |

Knox Gardens CC are excited to announce the signing of ex St Kilda Premier League player David Prowse to its club for season 2011/12. David Prowse also represented Victoria U19’s 5 years ago and brings with him a wealth of experience and will go a long way towards helping our 1st XI go the extra step next season.
In the coming few weeks we are hopeful of organising a bit of a get together for the Senior playing group and we are hopeful of getting David along for a beer and a meet and greet.
The club would also like to congratulate Jeremy Mackinnon and Adam Wild on their re-appointment as Senior Coach and 1st XI captain respectively for Season 2011/12.
Also we can announce the Shannon Small will be returning to Knox Gardens next season. Shannon played all his junior cricket with Knox Gardens and we are very excited to have him return after playing a few seasons with Northcote, Camberwell Magpies and Wonga Park last season.
It's a great start to 2011/12 and I can tell you i'm already looking forward to pre-season!
