Last night saw around 50 Knox Gardens players and family members attend a meeting meet the new Club Coach Chris Amos and see the plan the committee has put in place to make 2007/2008 both exciting and successful!

 

Amongst several exciting initiatives announced on the night, was the Emerging Player Batting Group, led by our new recruit Sammy Hettiarachchige.  The role of this group, mainly aimed at Junior players, is to identify and further develop batting talent from within the club.  This group will train on Wednesday nights and players will be approached to join this group once the season is under way.
