Knox Gardens had two juniors selected to represent the Outer East Eagles
in the VCAJC Commonwealth Bank State Championships in January.
This competition brings together the best juniors of their age group from around Victoria.
Scott McInerney
played in the Under 16 division and was the leading run scorer for the
Outer East Eagles with 138 runs in his 5 hits with the highlight
being his 82 vs the Mallee Murray Bulls.
Niraj DeSilva played in the
Under 14 team was 3rd on the run scoring list for the Outer East Eagles
with 79 runs in his 5 hits at a good average of 27.
Congratulations to Scott and Niraj on a great achievement!
