After a great win against Eildon Park last week the 1's fancy themselves for another win against The Basin. It was a solid batting effort aginst EP with Josh Phillips 42, Mark Dalton 36, Corne Mostert 30, Rhys Marget 24, Wayne McInerney 22 all getting starts but none of them converting it into a big score.  They have been strengthened this game with the inclusion of Nav Singh who made 48 in the 2's. In the bowling department the Adam Wild 4/65, Ross Dancey 3/28 and Matt Young 2/49 did the damage, add to that Simon Grasser who took 4/69 in the 2's and it's an impressive line-up.

Also the club is running a Christmas funtion, it's a 80's Icon themed cocktail night, so come dressed as anything from the 80's.  It's a cheap as chips function and everyone will have a great night, it's next Saturday 19th December at 7.30pm.  Bring girls along for free, or your mates for $5 each.
