Rhys Marget has been accepted the position of 1st XI Captain for the coming season.  Rhys retired mid last season, but since then has realised he has much more to give the club and the game of cricket and has returned with renewed passion.

Rhys brings a myriad of experience back to the club, captaining the last 1st XI premiership back in 2004/05.  Rhys has made more than 7,500 runs, taken 250 catches and snared more than 120 wickets*. Good luck to Rhys and the 1st XI as they continue the quest to get back into Knox Tavern Cup.

Further announcements will be made in the coming weeks regarding the leadership group and captains of the other grades.

Also note that we are having a training session at the nets this Sunday 31st August at 10:30am.  Please check the calendar on the website regularly for upcoming events.
